Refund & Returns Policy

At Nazneen Beauty, we take hygiene and customer safety very seriously. For this reason, once skincare products have been opened or unsealed, they cannot be returned or refunded. This ensures that every customer receives only fresh, unused items.


Returns of Unopened Products

If you change your mind, you may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. To request a return, please email us at enquiries@nazneenbeauty.co.uk with your order number and details.

Returned items must be:

  • In their original, sealed packaging

  • Unused and in resalable condition

Once we review your request and confirm your return has been approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We strongly recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can resolve the issue quickly.

Contact us at enquiries@nazneenbeauty.co.uk within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the product and packaging. In these cases, we will cover return shipping costs or provide you with a pre-paid return label.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item (if eligible). Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement product.


Your Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
